Custom and Stock Furniture Terms of Sale
If you find that you are not happy with your purchase don't panic!
We understand this sometimes happens. If it does, just give us a call. Provided that the merchandise is still within our regular delivery area and it is not Bedding*, C.O.M* , or a Display "As is" Model, we will either service it with our full-time service technician, exchange it, or allow you to return it within the first 14 days of possession in its original condition and receive a refund. Delivery charge is non-refundable. Custom Ordered Sales* will be charged a restocking fee of 15% of the total cancelled sale which will be deducted from your refund. You will however have a 7 day grace period from the time of purchase to receive a full refund of your deposit.
90 Day Limited Service Warranty
Unless the manufacturer offers a longer warranty, we will service all regular merchandise (Not Display "As is" Models) for defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of receipt. This is provided the merchandise is still within our regular delivery area!
Special Order Ship times
Orders are placed in a professional, organized fashion. The approximate time to you is an ESTIMATE based on our experience with recent orders. However with more and more furniture and fabric being imported, trucking companies consolidating loads for cost effective transportation, the number of variables have increased and estimates are becoming more of a art than an science. We know you are excited to receive your new furniture. We will strive to get your purchase to you as soon as we can after we receive it.

Local Scheduled Delivery
No need to stay home ALL day for your delivery!
We will provide a 3 hour estimated time frame of your delivery! Also a 30 or 60 min. call-ahead notice can be given if requested.
Extra charges apply for out of local delivery range.
Delivery charges are NOT refundable if merchandise is returned and additional pick-up/service charges will be applied if applicable.
